SALARY EXPECTATION

I’m seeking a full-time Customer Support position where I can dedicate myself fully to helping clients and supporting the team.

My ideal rate is $20/hour (≈ $3,200 per month / $38,000 per year).

However, I’m open to offers from $15/hour upward, depending on the role’s scope and growth opportunities within the company.

At this rate, I’m able to live comfortably, maintain personal health coverage, and save a small amount each month — which helps me stay focused, consistent, and dedicated to long-term performance.

Any offers at $25/hour or above would be a bonus and make me feel fully valued — and I’d be all in, long-term.

WORKING IN THE FAMILY BIZ

I spent over a decade working in the family’s business, I helped start it from the ground up. We launched a kitchen and bedroom manufacturing company that focused on delivering affordable cupboards to the public.

We offered a standard range of modular units, which allowed us to streamline our production process. While we designed each kitchen layout to suit the customer’s space, we aimed to use our standard range as much as possible. This approach kept production efficient, reduced lead times, and ensured a smoother installation process.

We began with a single showroom, where I served as the lead salesperson and primary contact between factory and client. As demand grew, I helped expand the business—finding showroom space, designing new showroom layouts, working the sales floor until we had consistent sales, and then hiring and training sales staff to take over.

At our peak, we operated 10 showrooms. I officially held the role of Sales Manager, overseeing the entire sales operation across all locations. I was also responsible for ensuring each new branch became profitable before moving on to the next.

In addition to sales, I was often involved in managing our manufacturing plant. I oversaw all stages of the process—from cutting and edging the boards, managing the assembly teams, managing the door manufacturing, to quality control, delivery logistics, and coordinating installation teams. Making sure everything ran smoothly, taking care of any problems quickly so the plant ran smoothly.

I worked in every part of the business — from the showroom floor to the factory line. That hands-on experience taught me how to scale lean and fast.

Today, I apply that same mindset in the world of digital marketing and customer support. I understand the real-world challenges that business owners face and have experience in handling customer support in any type of situation. 

I try to put myself in my customers shoes and imagine the positive type of outcome i would want for myself, and then try to emulate that for my customer. I use my past experience to create solutions and keep clients loyal and happy that actually help local businesses grow.

LIVE SALES CALLS

  • Worked for a SaaS company serving the Southeast Asia (APAC) region.
  • Delivered 5+ Demo Sales Calls a day as an Account Executive.
  • Sold SaaS reporting software to Marketing Digital Agency owners for a European company.
  • Delivered zoom calls to agency owners in Australia, New Zealand. Singapore, Malaysia, India & Philippines.
  • Had a SDR team of 2 guys sending out cold emails & cold calling companies filling my calendar with appointments. 
  • My role was simple but demanding: Demo the software, get them excited, and close deals. 
  • I tracked everything in Salesforce CRM, followed up like clockwork, and pushed hard to hit weekly KPIs.
  • We had a sales team of 8 closers covering different parts of the world and had daily meetings and training sessions with agressive KPI’s and Targets to meet each week.

  • Collaborated directly with the agency owner to create Facebook ad creatives for both his personal projects and client campaigns.
