What counts as a qualified lead?
A qualified lead is a homeowner in your service area who requests a garage door installation or repair, submits their name and phone number, and answers our qualifying questions (zip code, service type, urgency).
Are the leads exclusive to my company?
Yes. Every lead we generate is sent only to you. We do not sell or share your leads with competitors.
Do you guarantee sales?
No agency can guarantee sales. We guarantee qualified leads. Your closing process determines how many of those leads turn into revenue.
How do I avail your guarantee if you are unable to deliver?
If we do not generate 30 qualified leads within 30 days, we pause our service fee and continue working at no cost until we reach 30.
Explain the difference between your service fee and the Facebook ads budget?
Our service fee covers strategy, setup, management, and optimization paid to us now.
Your ad budget is paid directly to Facebook and funds the actual ads. Typically $30 to $50 a day, this gets set up when we launch your campaign.
When budgeting – Add our service fee + your ad spend.
Example: $1,500 Service Fee + $1,000 Ad Budget = $2,500 Total Marketing Budget
What happens after payment is made?
After service fee payment, you’ll be forwarded to our onboarding form to provide the details needed for your campaign. Once complete, we’ll schedule a call to review your answers and go over your campaign setup.
What happens on the Onboarding Call?
On the call, we review your answers from the onboarding form, define your service area, job types, and daily ad budget to launch your campaign.
What do you need from me to get started?
We need you to complete the onboarding form as soon as possible. We also need your daily ad budget (minimum $30-$50 a day), your service area (e.g., 20–50 mile radius), and your approval on the ads we create for you. The rest is handled on our end.
How quickly do you launch my campaign after the onboarding call?
Campaigns typically launch within 3–5 business days after onboarding.
How quickly before leads start coming in?
Most campaigns begin generating leads within the first 7 days, depending on your area and ad budget.
What platforms do you advertise on?
We run paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Meta’s advertising platform.
What happens if you are working with someone else in my area?
We only work with one garage door company per service area. No direct competitors.
Is this a long-term contract?
No long-term contract is required unless you choose the discounted 3-month package. All packages are subscription-based and will continue charging monthly until you request cancellation via email and direct message.
