1.1 Overview

Alrighty. In this video here, we’re gonna go over the Facebook agency machine overview. This is a 10,000 foot overview. It just give you the next step so you have a road map of what’s ahead of you so you can plan ahead so you understand better what each step is for. So let’s go into the first one here.
Select a niche. Really important on here to do this correctly. The maximum time I would say for this is 10 hours. You could do this in one day. Some people can do this in 2 hours, others in 1, others in 15 minutes.
So this is really generous time, but it doesn’t matter. Just get this thing done with a sense of urgency. Do not let this delay. Okay? Really important.
You gotta keep moving forward at a quick pace. There’s certain reasons why right now, and you look around the home you have, the car you have, how many zeros you have in your bank account, these are all micro decisions that you’ve decided to make over a lifetime that has built that. If you’re not happy with it, this is mean that you have to face some major personal transformation. You cannot continue to be the same person. Otherwise, you’re gonna get the exact same results no matter how wonderful and proven my teachings are to you.
You got that? It’s really important. This is more about changing you, not trying to find a new hack or a new product or anything like this. Your biggest obstacle in life is what? It’s you.
Okay. So we’re gonna give you very, very specific guidelines on how to select a niche. We’ll give you a list of niches, plus we’ll give you specific guidelines so that you could if you didn’t like the list, you could go out and find other niches in that. Now after you finish the next selection exercises, okay, then you can submit it to me for personal feedback. The reason I’m doing this is because I wanna make sure that you start off on the right foot.
Now I wanna warn you, and I’ll warn you later with this, I can’t do your push ups for you. I can’t do your sit ups for you. Okay? So I’m gonna give you the exercises you’ve gotta show, and I’ll give more detailed instructions later. You’ve got to show me that you’ve gone through the exercises and this is what you’ve concluded.
And by that point, you should really be fine on your own. But if you want me to look it over and give approval, I’m happy to do that. Is that fair enough? Step 2, you’re gonna create a mock up Facebook offer. K.
Now I’m giving this a maximum of 20 hours. That’s the absolute most you would need to do this. Now you could spread this over 4 days or 3 days, but quite frankly, if you’re hungry, if you’re driven, if you’re focused, if you’re not a distraction mess, then this should really only take you 5, 6, 8 hours, and you quite frankly could just get pounded out in one day. Even if you work a full time job, this would be the one day that you’re gonna burn the midnight oil and get it done with. Okay?
So it’s a sales funnel offer. We’re gonna be using CF, which stands for click funnel, and AC, which stands for active campaign. Like I’ve always been saying in the beginning, the click funnels and the active campaign, you’ll be using not only for your own sites to attract clients, but you’ll be using the same tools for your clients. These are hugely valuable tools in your chest that you absolutely must have. Okay.
Now the sales funnel, the good thing about this is that we’re gonna give you a template, a completed template, and you’re gonna understand all the pieces that must be there. Then you’re gonna take through ClickFunnels, you’re gonna take our link, and you’re literally going to download the template into your ClickFunnels account. From there, we’re gonna show you step by step videos on how to adjust the background and a couple of minor tweaks in order to fit your pacific niche. Now after you’ve completed that, then feel free to submit that to me again for my feedback and approval. Okay?
But, again, I can’t do your push ups. You’ve got to already have done your push ups. Okay. And then submit it. Okay.
You got them? Alrighty. Step 3 on here for the second one or c is then now we’re ready to do a mock up Facebook ad. Again, you’re gonna use our template. And by this time, you don’t realize it right now, but by the time you’re ready to do the mock up Facebook ad, 9 literally 99.99% of that is already completed.
You don’t know you don’t realize it yet because you’ve already completed it when you’ve done the sales funnel. K. So so it’s simple. You’re gonna follow our template and you’re gonna move on again. You can submit that for our review.
K? We want you to succeed but for goodness sakes, don’t delay this for weeks, months. That’s not it, man. Come on. Urgency.
Think of gun to head. You gotta do this. Okay? The final step on here, getting your first client. Now to get it set up in order to get your first client, I’m putting in here very generously 5 hours.
So one day. Now some people, it’s gonna take 1 hour. Other people are gonna take 45 minutes. Others are gonna take 3. It depends on two things, your initial skill level and your ability to focus.
This is a world phenomenon that’s going on right now. Adults and children are unable to focus for long periods of time because they’re addicted to social media. K? When you sit down to work, for goodness sakes, put your phone in the other room. Now let me just make a side note of that.
That will scare you, and when it does, you know you’re addicted to it. Put it away. Personalized videos. We’re gonna show you how to make these personalized videos. No.
You don’t have to, you know, get in front of a a video and make all this, you know, elaborate stuff. That’s not it. We’re gonna show you how to do this. We’re gonna give you a template on how to do it, and guess what? You’re gonna be using step 2 right here, these two things.
This first one, a, this funnel. You’re gonna use this mock up funnel you’ve already used in the video. Okay? This works wonderfully. We’re gonna show you exactly how to get how to select select the right company to work with within your niche.
Because you do not, I repeat, you do not want to work with everybody. Everybody’s not worth it. Okay? Just because they’re a business owner, I’m telling you, at least 80% of them are complete losers, and you don’t wanna work with them. Okay?
You only wanna work with the top dogs. It makes you’re gonna get paid more for the same work whether you’re working for a loser client or a winning client. And you might as well get paid to do less work for the winning client. The hot the the loser client is going to be contacting you all the time. You’re gonna have to chase them for money.
All kinds of horrible stuff. I’m gonna show you step by step on how to avoid that, how to select the right niche on here, and those are the ones we’re gonna send these personal videos to. And I’m gonna show you a really cool tool. Yes, it is a paid tool. I don’t get any commission from it, but it’s a required tool.
It was listed in the expenses on here. You gotta have some expenses. Okay? That’s what I’ve gone over this. You gotta have expenses in order to do business.
It’s and and the expenses these days for an online business is ridiculously low, okay, compared to what it was like even 10 or 15 years ago. We needed an office. Okay. So I’m gonna show you how to make this short little personalized videos. They’re very cool that you you can produce them like an assembly line, really easy to do.
Actually you’re just doing, Anyways, I’ll go over that later. And guess what? If you’re nervous about this, everyone is. Just don’t let the fear dictate you. Chances are, if you’re like everyone else on the planet, fear has ruled your life and has limited and destroyed your dreams.
Do not let fear do this. Enter into this with fear. That’s okay. You wanna be honest about your experiences. We’ll give you guidelines on how to do this and how to how to do the videos, how to communicate with the client.
You’re gonna be honest about it. You’re not gonna try to dodge the topic that you have no experience, and you’re completely brand brand new. You have no referrals. None of this stuff. Okay?
We’re gonna make it work to your advantage. So so be prepared for that and it’s it’s a good thing. Okay? Now, this this entire everything building up here right now that I’ve been talking about It’s all building up to this one thing. It’s about getting your first client.
Once you have your first client and you’ve prescreened them and you have the correct client, everything is easy at that point. Well, easier. Okay? It’s just getting this first client. That’s it.
You got this first client. There’s gonna be 2 magical things that happen. The first one is that your self confidence and all of that fear and doubt and the imposter feelings are all going to go away and you’re gonna be filled with excitement. You’re gonna be, wow. I can really offer an incredible value.
I’m really changing the lives of other people out there, and you can do that. And you’ll be your your voice in every way that you communicate, you’ll have a newfound sense of urgency, like like like you just you’ll really feel in the core of your bias. Like, if you don’t work with me on this offer and and and hire me, you’re literally gonna be losing out. K? So this is that’s what’s gonna happen.
So number 1, your self confidence is gonna go through the roof. Number 2, what’s gonna happen is that now you’re gonna have that testimonial from your client. You’re gonna have screenshots from your PayPal account, you’re gonna have everything that you need to present to new prospects, or you can say, look, this is what I’m currently doing for, you know, doctor Jim Beau at such and such a clinic at, you know, Idaho Falls, Idaho, and this is what we did for him in the first 6 weeks. We got him this many leads and this many customers. This is how much it cost him, and this is how much profit he made short term.
Now we haven’t even looked at the long term lifetime value of this, so we’re literally printing money for him. If you need to contact him for references, he has given me permission to give you his personal email. Here it is. Otherwise, I’m now accepting applicants for someone in your area. And at this point, you’re in charge, man.
You got your Superman or Wonder Woman capon, and you’re in charge and ready to go. Okay? Please don’t take these three steps and and wait. You know, this is literally this is I don’t care what’s going on in your life. I don’t mean that like I don’t care.
Of course, I care what’s going on in your life, but, don’t make excuses. Okay? Don’t this is gun to head, man. Look, if you had cancer, God forbid you or any of your family members do, and you had to get, okay, 10, 20, that’s 30:35 hours of medical treatment this week in order to cure the cancer. You’re gonna show up for that 35 hours of treatment, aren’t you?
Okay. Because you’ve made that a priority. For goodness sakes, make these first three steps a priority. Get this stuff done now. Do not delay.
You’re going to be challenged. You’re gonna have to let go of your old self. There’s a thing we used to say that I learned from Bill Phillips when he was operating transformation and I won the 2,000 and 8 transformation championship as part of his book transformation in there. And that is in order to create an a new self, you have to let your old self die in order to make room for your new self. Your your your current self is not used to doing and is not used and has probably never done what I’m asking you to do right here is to get all of this stuff done with a sense of urgency even if some nights you gotta stay up all night long to do it.
Even life, this is 1 week or less work. Even if you’ve got something’s gonna come up during that week. Nothing is going to go in your way. Okay? Success is built off of frustration.
It’s built on an unimaginable things that come into your life. It’s like, why now? It will never ever be perfect. K? The difference between people who succeed in life, They take on challenges.

1.3 Niche Research Part 1

Alrighty. Welcome to this video in this niche selection. We’re gonna be doing the research here. This is where we’re gonna hit the ground running. Okay.
So for this entire section, to watch it and to complete it, And I’m being very generous. This is the maximum amount of time you need. 10 hours spread over 2 days. Now, people who are really motivated and able to stay focused can get this entire section done and your niche selection submitted to me in 5 hours or less. Some 10, some 8, some 4.
It all depends on you. But know this, you should be aiming and it’s aiming low to be frank with you for 10 hours. K? Come on. Let’s let’s really do this now.
You have to look back at your life and say, every little decision that I’ve made you ever heard that saying? Death of a 1,000 paper cuts? Tiny little cuts? That’s I mean, Google it. That’s actually, an old Chinese torture.
A thousand little tiny cuts over a long period of time and the person would slowly die. It’s the same thing here, the little tiny decisions you make every single day. Should I go to the grocery store? No. Order online.
That’s an extra 20, 31 hour easily per visit, and you’re probably going 2 to 3 times per week. It’s a complete waste of your time. Okay. You should be do you should be you should be using that time to earn money. Okay?
Alrighty. So let’s get started with this. Alright. So first thing I wanna do is I wanna end this whole scarcity thinking thing. It’s so freaking ridiculous, and it is controlling you and limiting you.
Okay? So I’m gonna prove to you to your this is this the scarcity thinking is your emotional fear thinking. I’m going to convince you with logical proof that it is a bunch of nonsense, and this is what I mean by a look. And I get this all the time, and you’ve probably already said it to yourself before I even brought it up here. What if others from this training are in my niche?
What if others? There’s so many people in here. What if they’re in my niche? K. I want you to know and I’m gonna prove this to you and you can go out and prove it to yourself.
The average number of businesses per niche in the US is over 30 1,000. 30,000. K? Number of chiropractors with independent practices is over 30,000. The average number of students from this course that will finish, I would love to have it a 100%, but I can’t force people to do this.
And the fact of the matter is is that very few people will will actually even finish this course. Okay? I I wish I wish I knew a way to get everyone at least to finish this. Okay? Less than 5% even finish a book when they buy it.
Okay? So I’m not being pessimistic. These are just the facts. Okay? Less than 5% of the students will even finish the course.
Let’s just finish it. Let’s say that there was 5,000 students in here. That means only 250 would finish the course. Now you gotta be asking yourself right now, Of those 250, how many would actually go out on the streets and take real action? So sad.
Of the 250, maybe, and I’m being very optimistic about this, 50 will actually open up a Facebook agency. I wish all 5,000 would and there’s room for all 5,000. Trust me. You’re gonna learn in just a second here. Watch.
Let’s say that 50 were all in the same niche. Every single one of you watching this right now were in the exact same niche. And that niche had 30,000 different businesses. And let’s say that only a1000 of those niches were approached by all 50 of you. Forget the other 29,000 of them.
Only a 1000 were. Okay? And each and each of those 1,000 were divided evenly among the 50 students. That’s 20 clients each. On average, you’re gonna make 2,000 profit per client.
Each student is gonna make close to a half a $1,000,000. That’s a 2,000 profit by the way because you’re not paying for the ads, the client is. It’s a half a $1,000,000 per year per student. Now that may sound like a lot but I can go into a whole rant about how if you’ve only made 40 or 50 or 60 or $100,000 your whole life, mentally, you’ve got barriers about how to make more. Okay?
You have barriers. Alright? Okay? Look. There are people on this planet that if they’re not making $30,000 in profit per day, it’s a bad day for them.
Like like they get sick to their stomach. K? This is it’s just a reality check for you. Alright? So might as well share the same funnel in the same ad.
Right? But you won’t. I wish you would, but you won’t because you’re still dictated by scarcity thinking. Okay? That’s that’s a shame.
Now I’m gonna now we’re gonna go out and I’m actually gonna prove what I just said because this is some pretty polarizing and shocking statements to a lot of people. Oh, there must be there must it’s gonna get flooded. It’s gonna get filled up. There’s there’s there’s not gonna be enough business out there. Okay.
So let’s let’s go look at the real numbers because down below this video is a list of niches. And and right now you’re all before you even watch this video, like, oh my god. That’s the niches. Oh, everyone’s gonna take them and all the good niches are gonna be gone. Those are not all the good niches by the way.
Okay? The niche that’s good is the one that you dedicate yourself to and commit to. Okay? To one niche. That’s the good niche, not the niche.
It’s you. It’s your commitment that makes it a good niche, not the niche. Got it? That’s a that’s a mind bender for a lot of people. Okay.
So let’s check it out here. So one of the one of the lists on there is hair salons. Great niche by the way. Check it out. 80,000.
80,000. 76,000 are considered beauty salons. 4,000 barbershop. 80,000 of these in the US. Are you joking me?
Come on, man. Everybody in this course could go into the same funnel. We all share the exact same funnel and none of us. If there was thousands of us, we wouldn’t have enough time in the day to service all these people in this one freaking niche. Let’s continue on because there are hundreds of these niches.
Chiropractors. There are more than 60,000 doctors and over 44,000 practices.. That means they have their own practice. 44,000 of these. Okay.
44,000. Remember the number I stated earlier. A thousand of these, that would leave over 43,400 chiropractors left over. 50 of you have 20 of these, and you’re making almost a half a $1,000,000 a year. Are you joking me?
There is no scarcity here folks. Carpet cleaning in the US, 39,029 businesses that do carpet cleaning. K? There is no scarcity here, folks. It does not exist.
It only exists in your mind. Car dealerships. Okay? There are a total of 36,700 car dealerships in the US. You got it?
Let me continue because I could do this for another hour. The gyms, 38 1,477 gyms in the United States. You got this? The number is 30,000 or more. I don’t care what niche you’re going into unless it’s a very esoteric kind of odd niche.
There’s 30,000 of them or more. There’s more than enough for everybody to go around the universe 20,000 times. Okay? Come on. Get with the program.
Get rid of the scarcity thinking now. I hope that convinced it because I just get so tired of that and it’s because it comes out of a place of fear and that same place of scarcity is the same mindset that got you where you are today. Just look at your bank account and it’s gonna be directly your amount of scarcity thinking is responsible for the for the low amount of zeros in your bank account. Okay? You gotta own up to this.
Alright. Let’s continue here. I hope we can end that conversation forever, by the way. I mean, forever, case closed, done. Yes?
Thank you. Alright. So let’s continue on here. Niche offer research. You’re gonna be doing the research for this.
I’m gonna I’m gonna go over all the research in this step by step and then we’re gonna actually go out and I’m gonna walk you through a sample research. Okay? So you’re gonna look for offers within your niche. And how are you gonna do that? You’re gonna search Google.
You’re gonna do the niche name plus, like, special offer. So an example would be Botox special offer. By the way, everybody watching this right now, even if there’s 5,000 students who watch this, could all be in the Botox industry. K? Botox industry, if you do the research on it, it is growing leaps and bounds and will continue to do so.
I mean, everybody everybody could. Right? That’s how large that marketplace is. Okay. So you would search for Botox special offers or Botox discounts, Botox best deals.
Add your city name. Add some city names. Do do this in, like, 10 or 20 cities. So, for example, Botox best deals. Los Angeles, Botox best deals.
San Diego, Botox discount deals. Houston, Texas. I mean, just continue on and you’re gonna see the results and you wanna study the results and look at those and take notes down. Okay? You’re gonna search then you wanna also search your niche name like Botox plus the city name.
So it’s just simply Botox San Diego, Botox Houston, Botox Seattle, Botox Miami. I mean, whatever you wanna do, search it in there. Do your research and then what you’re gonna do with those is you’re gonna see of those on page 1. You’re gonna see which one of them on those, which one of those sites has a Facebook pixel, and they’re gonna use a Chrome extension. I’m gonna show you how to do this.
Okay. I’m gonna walk through this And what you’re gonna do is if they have a Chrome extension, the I mean, sorry. If they have a Pixel, that means that they’re using Facebook ads and you just typed in, say, Botox Miami. You found some, you know, page 1 results and you found a site on page 1 that has a Facebook pixel, that means they’re doing Facebook advertising. So now you go to their business or fan page, which is easy to find.
I’m gonna walk you through an example and you’re gonna look at their ads and you’re gonna gather some more data and information to see what they’re doing. And it’s gonna help formulate what the possible offers are out there. Okay? You’re gonna go to Groupon and do the same thing. Take some notes down.
So I wanna remind you of the basic steps of a good offer. It’s got initially, it’s gotta have some kind of discount. Remember in the previous video, I talked about, like, if it’s gonna be 50% off or whatever offer or for Botox, I think it was 20 units for such and such amount. You gotta put some kind of value behind that. 50% means nothing to people.
50%. It’s like normally $500 now 50% off. Save $250 yada yada yada. That kind of stuff. Okay.
Then we just simply in order to get that discount offer, they’ve got to collect their name, email, phone number and then we have to come up with another offer to get them to book or schedule. Okay. Another offer. So you gotta be searching for that kind of stuff. Right?
Now look, I want to make it clear that you are designing a offer, not the offer. K? A offer, not the final offer. You just want to know enough about your niche in your industry so that when you when you when you speak to somebody in your niche, which you will. I’ll show you how to do that.
It’s very easy. You’re gonna have and you’re gonna be able to do a nice mock up click funnels to to show them. I’ll show you how to do that. It’s gonna be super easy for you to do. Almost copy and paste.
So the final offer is going to come from you and your new client talking about the offer. Say, hey, and and you’re gonna be completely honest with me. Like, hey. I’m completely new to this this this on here. I have some really good coaching and that’s where I’m getting all this stuff and I have a great little community.
I have a good one on one coaching. I have some great experience with this. So I’m not coming out at with you with this offer alone. I think you can tell by the by the offer that that I’ve designed here. But you and I need to finalize this offer.
Like, what’s the best upfront offer we can do? And what’s the what’s a good offer that we could we could offer them to encourage them to book a to schedule a call now? It’s that kind of conversation that you’re gonna have with them. Okay? So why are you doing this offer research?
So, look, you’re gonna create a mock up offer funnel using the click funnels template that we provide. Okay? So you should already have click funnels. You should have already copied and pasted the click funnels template that we used to build CAM, customer acquisition machine. It’s gonna be the same thing for your funnel offer.
We’re gonna give you a couple of templates to use. It’s just gonna be copy and paste the URL. It’s gonna pre populate a complete Facebook offline funnel inside your ClickFunnels. It’s not gonna be in your niche. That’s okay.
You’re gonna see how we’re gonna show you step by step with instructional videos on how you can easily structure it and edit it. That’s right. It’s just drag and drop, very simple to do with ClickFunnels and then you’ll be done with that. Okay? And then what’s gonna happen this is beyond this video.
I just wanna give you, like, a foresight of why you’re doing this, okay, so you can understand. You’re gonna be you’re gonna send a personalized video using the demo funnel to qualify to qualified business owners in your niche. We’re gonna show you how to do that. Literally, we’ve seen and you can expect it when you do this properly, and we’ll show you how to do it properly, that you’re gonna get clients and can be in little as 72 hours by just sending out these videos because they’re personalized. We have a very ninja way of doing it.
I’ll get into it later, but that’s what you’re doing. I’m I wanna give you kind of a larger picture of the next step here. With this personal video, you’re gonna be sending them back to your campsite. They’re gonna schedule a call with you, of course, a 30 minute non sales call. This is after they filled out your application and they know that you don’t just work with everybody.
Okay? I mean, you might be completely new at this, but you’ve gotten enough coaching to know that you’re not just gonna work with anybody, and you’re just not a doormat to for some experienced business owner to, you know, wipe their dirty feet off of. Okay? At that point, the sales call itself, when you actually speak to them, is very easy. Okay?
It’s gonna be easy because you don’t have anything to hide. You’re gonna be completely honest and transparent about your lack of experience. K? It it doesn’t mean that you don’t have high quality standards for the type of clients you wanna work with. Okay?
And I’ll get into more detail later, but I just wanna give you a little preview now. You’re gonna be offering a 2 week free trial. It’s not gonna cost you much in in Facebook ads. Okay. Seriously.
And they’re gonna see the results. But you’re gonna be very clear and I’m and we’re gonna walk you through that on the expectations from the prospects, okay, that you’re gonna work with. Because you don’t want us work hard for 2 weeks, get this offer going and then after 2 weeks, they kinda just kinda just kinda yeah. Those are great kids. Appreciate it.
Hope you learned what you wanted later. You don’t want someone like that. Okay? So at the end of all of this, and again, I’m gonna I’m gonna walk you through how you do the research. Okay?

Okay? You’re gonna give us URL links. Okay? Links to 5 different offers you found on a niche site or coupon. In other words, when you’re doing the research on here, maybe you found a site that was like, wow.
That was a that’s I think I think that’s a really good special offer that this particular Botox site, you know, website or company and whatever city has on their site. And I’m probably gonna be using that or this is gonna be a part of my creating a Botox Facebook offer. Okay? And it could be a combination of that and Groupon. Okay.
So so what we need to see that research. K. It’s very important. We need to see links to 5 different Facebook ad offers in your niche. In other words, 5 different Facebook offers ads that you found by the research I’m gonna teach you how to do now.
Five different ones from 5 different companies so that we can look at those and we can look at your 5 different offers that you found, through either a site and or Groupon. And then based on the research you’ve done, you’re gonna do a rough draft. That could just be you can just you don’t have to make the actual funnel. That’s not what we’re talking about now. Just the actual rough draft.
This would be the initial offer of the funnel of 20% off yadayadayada. Great. You just gotta type it out. Then what would be the other what would be the offer to get them to book our call now? And in your niche, what do you think?
Do you think based on your research, is it best to do a call now or schedule a call based on the research you’ve done? It’s just a guess in the beginning. That’s okay. But it should be based off of intelligent data that you’ve done. K?
That’s easy. Do not do the following. This following will not be accepted. Send in a list of niches and say, hey. What do you think?
I just wanna know of these top 3, which one should I do research on? And we’re not doing that. K. Submit something like, hey. I was thinking of such and such a niche.
What do you think? We don’t do that. K? You gotta follow the instructions in this module. Alright?
Look. We cannot do your push ups for you. We can’t do your sit ups. Alright? We can’t do the work for you.
Right? You know that. Doesn’t exist in this world. K? So you probably heard these stories before.
Maybe actually, you probably haven’t, but let me share one with you. K? So there’s there’s a there’s a group of of of eggs that are about to be that have been hatched. And some of the eggs already some of the young little chiclets are starting to peck their way out of the egg. And this takes several days, a few days for them to come up with enough strength to pack their way completely out of the shell and then they start to walk about.
Farmers know better, but amateurs don’t. So a lot of amateurs, non farmers, if they witness this and they see this poor little chicklet struggling and trying to get its way out of the eggshell, they’ll just go, oh, jeez. I’ll just go down there and just crack it open for them. They could be out in one second. Guess what happens to that chicklet?
You thought you were helping but that chicklet will be dead within a week. And the reason is is because it has to learn the struggle. That struggle of getting out of the egg is its rite of passage to continue on. It’s gotta continue fighting after that. It’s gotta continue to fight against its other brothers and sisters, against predators.
It’s gotta fight for food. It’s gotta continue that battle. K? The same process is given it with there’s, what is it, 73% of all people who win lotteries. Like, I’m talking like a 100, 400, 500,000,000 going bankers bankruptcy in 5 years for the same reasons.
You gotta earn this folks. I can’t just hand it to you, but I would but once you break free of the shell, which is doing this basic work here, I’d be more than happy to look at your final niche with your rough draft of your initial offer. I hope that makes sense And I hope really what what you walk away with this message for me is that is that even if someone said, here here, I’ll give you the niche and the templates and everything, that you would turn it away because you know even if you were handed the exact niches and the exact templates that would work perfectly and proven that because you haven’t earned your right from it, you would not succeed, you would fail. Have you ever heard someone say, last thing I’d ever want is somebody to hand me a $1,000,000? You know, you you don’t want that.
You wanna earn it. Okay? Alrighty. So I know this has been kind of a long video. So what I’m gonna do is I’m gonna stop now, and then in the next video, we’re gonna go over the research from this from this one.

1.4 Niche Research Part 2

Alrighty. Just a continuation from the last video. Let’s dive in and do some niche research here. So, again, what we’re doing is we’re looking for offers within your niche. Don’t confuse that as though we’re looking for someone else to find you the Facebook funnel offer.
Okay? I wanna be very clear about that. That’s not what we’re doing. You’re you’re not searching out there for the Facebook funnel that you’re gonna swipe it. That is not what we’re looking for.
You’re doing some market research, and what you’re looking for is generally getting in a general idea, not an exact, a general idea of what the marketplace is offering as far as deals and specials that we can find online. And then from there, we’re going to craft an offer. And that offer, as I said down below here, is not the offer. The actual final offer comes when you’re speaking with your client. But you want to you need we need to come to the table initially with a sample funnel.
And in order to create a sample funnel, we have to have a sample offer. K? We can even state in the video, which I’ll show you later, that we send out personalized to the ideal clients that you wanna work with. Then, hey. You know, this may not be the exact offer.
Okay? You and I need to sit down and craft the perfect offer, but this will just give you a general idea. This framework works. It’s proven. We need to do something similar to this, and that’s close enough.
Okay? So I wanna be very clear about that. So we’re gonna go in there. We’re gonna search Google. We’re gonna do a niche name, some special offers.
We’re gonna look in the Groupon. We’re also gonna search the niche name plus the city name. We’re gonna look for if they have Facebook pixels. I’ll show you how we do that. So, yeah, let’s go ahead and dive into it.
So this is research phase, and this means that, you know, nothing’s gonna happen as planned. Okay? Welcome to the real world. You gotta do some research. You gotta put some time into this and, try not to get distracted.
Put your phone on the other side of the block. In fact, if you’re indoors, put your phone in your goddamn car. Get it away from you. Okay? And turn off all distractions.
Alright. Let’s get started. Okay. So what I’ve done here is I’ve just typed in Botox deals in San Diego. Could have put Botox specials in San Diego.
So I’m looking for any kind of specials or deals that I can come up with to get a general idea here. Okay? So these are my results. I’m searching from a Spain IP address, so it’ll be slightly different for every one of you out there. That’s why I’m not showing any ads up here.

There’s another one and I’ve opened up these sites as well. So let’s dive in and take a look at what we’ve got going on. And as we’re going through this, which I’ve already kind of opened these windows up as you can see here, you should get you shouldn’t get frustrated. You should get really excited because, I’m telling you, nobody in San Diego is doing this. That’s the deal.
It’s crazy. There’s so many opportunities here for everybody. K? Literally for everybody. Okay.
So here we go. This was the first one, by the way. I just went down here and just went boom boom boom. So here we go. First one right here.
So this is SDBotox. K. So I’m looking on the site for, like, their specials. Do they got any specials? Okay.
They got any specials going on. I’m glad they got, like, a YouTube video. This means they probably have a YouTube channel. Obviously, they have a YouTube channel. Duh.
Which is good for later on that. So it’s good to kinda note that stuff. So I won’t get sidetracked here. I’ll kinda pop down here. Book line.
Okay. So remember I said earlier, do do you think your clients like to book online or for a call? That’s something I would determine in your first consultation with your client. But when you’re building out your mock up funnel, k, You might wanna do the book online if we notice other ones are doing that. Okay?
Products, services. Kinda curious what kind of services they do. They’re gonna do a lot. Right? Botox is just a foot in the door.
If all this other stuff that they can do as well. But I’m not seeing any specials. But what I am seeing up here through this plugin up here, and this is this plugin is right here. It’s called Facebook Pixel Helper for Chrome. That’s it.
And it’s gonna show right away. This has got 3 pixels in here. So that means they might be doing some advertising on Facebook. More than likely they are, but not always. Sometimes they just put the pixel on there and then they don’t ever do anything else with it.
Okay. So let’s try to find their Facebook site here. So it’s gonna be somewhere around here. If you can’t just find the it’s pretty hard to find, but so it’s right there. So you just click on it and go to it.
I already did that earlier and here it is. So okay. That doesn’t really matter that much. Okay. So then you come down here to info and ads and just see what kind of info and ads are running.
Well, look. There are no ads showing. So this this they put up a pixel, but they’re not running any ads. Now don’t think for a minute that it’s like, oh, jeez. We just caught them.
They’re gonna be start running ads next week or tomorrow or something like that. That’s just not how human beings operate. Alright? I can promise you we can come back to the site in a month or 2 months and there’ll be no ads. And even if they do do ads, they’re gonna be crummy ads.
Okay? So unfortunately, we didn’t find any offers here. So let’s continue down this. So again, I just went down straight from the list. I opened up all these on here, and I I went to pricing and current specials.
So I got some current specials here. Ongoing specials, Botox, 999 a unit, regularly 1099. Not much of a sale, but, you know, we got something to work with here. That, and remember the way that we wanna craft an offer is gonna be something like 40% off or 30% off, something like that, which is a value of x amount. And then they got some monthly specials down here, hair removal.
See, what’s cool about if you got a client like this and you’re and you’ve, been successful with their Botox campaign, then you got all these other campaigns you can run for them. I mean, you’ll just be like and then you’ve got 30 1,000 way way more than 30,000 other customers out there when you got a winning campaign that you can just take to a mall. K? You you won’t have enough time in your lifetime to service them all or even contact them all. It’s it’s it’s physically impossible.
K? So, that just means that the entire group, this entire course, whether there’s 5 or 10000 students, we could all be in this niche. K? Think about that. Alrighty.

You don’t wanna, you don’t wanna show the needles poking in theirs in their forehead. That’s just not a good ad.
Okay? I’m just telling you. Not a good ad. Okay. Botox, 950 unit.
Call for yeah. So I’m not seeing any, like, big stuff on me. And then the the other thing, look at their website. They don’t do any. They do no Facebook ads.
Okay. Okay. So now that I so I just went down to the 3 in the Google 3 pack or Google My Business and then I’m into Yelp. So I went to Yelp. I went to the paid ads.
Okay? Paid ads. Clicked on this one just because I had the word Botox in it. And, of course, it took me here. And then I wanna click on their site, which says, okay.
You’re leaving Yelp and then I’m here. Okay. And then I went to specials. Yeah. Specials right here.
Try to get some ideas on here. Botox. Oh, $50 off with the purchase of 30 units or more. So there’s something you could work with. Again, you’re not making the final offer.
You’re trying to get a feel to make a offer so you can make a mock up funnel so that you can present videos specialized or personalized. Okay. So it’s just a starting point. But you wanna get a fairly accurate, starting point. You don’t wanna be way off of the main target.
Okay? So that’s, you know, that’s pretty cool. And I and I got my little pixel up here, and it says, yep. They’re there there’s a pixel found out here. So they might be doing some advertising.
So let’s find their Facebook thing that’s probably gonna be down here. That’s it. And you just click on that, and that’ll take me here. So that’s them. Oh, so they also do CoolSculpting, CoolSculpting, which is really popular, by the way.
You can do that. Depending if you’re in another country, it’ll like I’m in Spain, so I had to click on United States here. It said no ads in my country. So these are their ads. Okay?
And and one thing we’re gonna teach you about how to do ads is, we don’t do images. Okay? Everyone else who teaches ads will tell you to do images because they don’t wanna have to train you on how to do videos because they think it’s too hard. But videos are the most effective and they’re super easy to do when you know how to do them correctly. So let’s just take a look.
We’re at 25% off. Not too bad, but what does 25% off mean? That’s what everybody’s missing. What does 25% mean? I mean, how much is how much are they I mean, I don’t know.

So you might wanna include that and, and give a dollar value. And just to your best guesstimate, fill that out. You should be able to fill that out. I mean, what’s the full price? I think it’s $12 or something a unit.
And then what does, you know, 40% of that off mean times 20? What’s the dollar value of that? And then what could you give? What could you give as a last little thing to get them to call now and schedule? A lot of these places offer other things on here or something like get get an extra 2 free units if you call now value $25 or something like that.
I mean, you’re just doing a mock up folks and that’s it. It’s not the final offer. It’s not the offer. K. Simple.

You’re just looking for one to get a general idea of the marketplace. K? And then this one, this is what I would conclude. Probably 40% off is what I would do. I would do the math.
I think it’s $12 a unit, so I’d give a dollar value of that. Right? 40% off of $12 each unit times a minimum of 12 units. That’s the dollar value on here, limited. There’s only, you know, 4 of 15 of these coupons left.

Hey, everyone. Just want to drop a quick update regarding the info and ads page, which we all loved inside Facebook as of today. That is 13th May 19. This info and ads page is officially taken away from all the accounts across Facebook. Now the info and ads page is a page where we used to see all the ads run by that particular page.
Right. From now on, we have to visit a different place to see the ads. And that is what we are going to discuss in this video. So let me me head to Facebook and take a fan page and show you how to do that. Right.
So I’m gonna open this page. Lily Vanity And as I mentioned, info and ads is gone. Right. But you can see this new place called page transparency. If you click on it, if you click on see more.
It’s going to display a 3 tab wizard or a widget where you have that’s a summary where it will show when the page was created who all manage this page which is which may be important for you to see if there are, you know, multiple admins or multiple locations and all that here. You can also see the history of the page and you can also see people who manage the page. It only displays the countries. It doesn’t display, the admins. So to see the ads again, visit the summary page and you can see this link at the very bottom.
It says ads from this page. And if you click on view in ad library, it will open something called Facebook ad library and it will show all the ads run by that particular business. Now, an important thing not is by default, when you click on that link from Facebook, it will open the country which you are in or your default country. In my case, it’s India, right? You got to change that to your decide country.
So if you want to see the ads run-in the United States only, you gotta change your country. It is very important. Once you change the country, of course, you can go through all the ads just like you used to do in the info and ads tab. Right? Now one other thing here is that, again this is also very important.
When you’re doing extensive research You might be opening this Facebook ad library for a really long time. Like you will be opening maybe 15 or too many times. A big challenge with that is Facebook is gonna ban your access to Facebook ad library if you open it like 20 or 25 times, I don’t really know. I got banned twice already. I didn’t count how many times it takes to get banned, but be careful.
Do not open it in your regular browser. What you should do, we have a solution for that as well. What you should do is when you open Facebook ad library, you got to click on the ad library link and open it in an incognito window. Alright. Facebook, for some reason, kept it open to public.
That means now as you can see, I’m an incognito window. Right? And Facebook is not gonna really track, this to my account. Even if it’s same as my IP, doesn’t matter. You can use Facebook ad library infinite number of times using an incognito window.
So be sure you use it in incognito window. That way your account will stay safe. Alright. So that’s it regarding the update. We don’t know how how much more changes are coming into this, Facebook.

Hey, everyone. In this video, we’ll be collecting some resources for your funnel. So currently, we have a dental funnel. Right? And we are trying to convert this into a chiropractic funnel.
So you will need to change some things like the logo, the background image, the video, the testimonials, all that. Right? So it’s better to collect the resources that are required before you start editing the funnel because, it will be way easier if you do it before. So, let’s go through the items that are available in the funnel and make a list. So we’ll go check for the resources after making the list.

So you gotta change that into a chiropractic background image. So background image. Okay. So what is the third one? 3rd one is the video because, the video here now is a dental video.
Right? So if I skip ahead a bit, this is a dentist talking to their patient. So you gotta change the video. Now video is not a not a requirement or mandatory. If you don’t get a video in your niche, then just delete the video.
You don’t have to use a video. We have tested this this funnel without video. It’s it’s still effective. So I’m going to add video in my resources list anyway, hoping that there will be a video. If we don’t find a video, then we will skip video part.
Okay. So that’s the third one. Let’s go through the funnel again. What is the 4th one? 4th one is testimonials.
We have 2 testimonials here. So 2 testimonials with images. They’re not sure we’ll get, testimonials with images, but we will try. So that is the front page. What about the thank you page?
Let’s go back to thank you page. In thank you page, again, what we need is a logo, which we already have. Right? We added logo, and we will need a background image. We We can use the same background image here as well.
So all we need is a logo and background image. There’s nothing else in the thank you page that needs to be changed using images or videos. So these are the resources which we are going to collect in this video. As I mentioned, do this along with me on your niche, or try it even in in chiropractic niche itself. The point here is you have to learn that skill of searching and finding for, resources.
It’s a very, very important skill in this day age. Okay. So let’s go for logo first. There are multiple ways of getting the logo. The easiest way is to take your competitor’s logo and put it here.
So basically, you could since mine, it is chiropractic. Right? I could Google I’ll I’ll Google chiropractor London and, go to one of the websites, and here is the logo of elixir chiropractic. I could save this. Right click, save image and save to my chiropractor folder which I created.
Right? So this is how I could get a logo easily. Right? But some people may not be comfortable using, competitor’s logo. So in that case, you can create a very simple logo without knowing any design skills.
You can use this website called free logo design dotorg. Let me put the address here. Free logo design dotorg. There are a lot of free logo design sites out there. The biggest problem with these are they will ask for payment after they allow us to create a logo.
Right? But this website, they allow us to download the logo, without paying. The lower resolutions of logos can be downloaded without paying. So that is why I suggested this site. Usually, you can use different sites if you want, but this is a recommendation I have.
So let’s, let’s create a logo for Abby’s Chiropractic. So I’m gonna type in Abby Pro tick terrible speller. Chiropractic. Okay. Now, I entered the name of the brand, then under categories, select the right category for your niche.
Right? So in my case, it will be medical and pharmaceutical, I believe, or spa and aesthetics. It doesn’t matter. Just go for, what you think is the best. Click on get started, and they will give you a lot of logo templates.
Right? As you can see here, Abby’s Chiropractic. I like this logo or let’s go. So if you don’t like any of these, click on page 2, then it will load a new set of logos. If you don’t like that, then again, click on 3.
It will load a new set of logos. Now if you wanna change your, your logos category, then you can sell it from the left hand side. Right? So if you wanna let’s try spa and aesthetics. Then they will show spa and aesthetics.
Right? So let’s go back to medical. I think that is much more suitable for my net. We went to page 3. Right?
Now look for, the color combinations. You you gotta select a logo which matches with the color scheme of the funnel. So currently we have a a blue like background. Right. Obviously, these things are changed.
Like, you can change that if you want. I’m gonna show you how to change it. But, let’s set up a logo which matches with this blue. So for yeah. I’m not gonna waste too much time on it.
I’m I’m just gonna go for something on this page. Okay. Let’s use this. Yeah. Let’s use this and click on add.
Then they will show you a preview of this logo. Right. If you want to change colors. Right. If you want to change this to white text, you can do that.
I’m gonna do it. I’m gonna change this to white text. So I’ll click on it. And to change the color, there is this color icon. Just change it.
Chiropractor also, I wanna change it to white. Now don’t get scared even if you cannot read this, but it’s because it’s white. Once you have that, you can click on save. And then they will ask for their payment. But in free logo design or these case, they have this free download option where we can download a 200 and a 200 logo for free.
So you can click on download, enter your email address, and you will receive the logo in your email. So I’m gonna enter a test email address. Alright. So once you enter the email address, you will see something like you will receive an email shortly. So, once you check your email, you’ll be able to download that.
So I’m gonna download that logo from my email. All right. So I received the email saying, logo is ready. And if I click on download, it will. It will automatically start the download process.
As you can see, the download was already started. If your download doesn’t start, you can click on this link that will start the download. Right? Now if I open that logo, here you can see Abby’s Chiropractic. It’s not the perfect logo in the world, but we can live with it.
Right? Also, if you wanna save this logo to a folder, that would be helpful. So I created a folder for chiropractor. Right. I’m gonna save this logo to that chiropractor logo.
Sorry. Chiropractor page. So we have the first option. So how did it go for you guys till now? Did you find your logo?
Did you did you make your logo in Yarn Edge? Make sure you do it. Alright. Find the logo. We’re all about taking action.
Fam is all about taking action. So let’s move to the second one. Background image. We have to use a background image which will show up behind, this funnel. Right.
In our starting page and thank you page. So we have to find page like images that are related to chiropractors. There are a lot of sites which give you free high quality images. I’m gonna link few right below this video as well. So let’s go to the first one.
First one is called free pick dotcomfreepickfreepick.com And I’ll search for chiropractor. Alright. There are a lot of, like, really good images. Right? You could go with I’m thinking Okay.
So most of them are kind of paid. If you see this, that means they are paid. You could go for free from this check mark. Check free and again search for it. So these are the free results.
Right? There are some other sites like pixels.com. Again, a free resource chiropractor. Let’s give it as such. Chiro.
Oh, that’s a shame. We didn’t get much images from pixels. So we’ll, go for, one of these images. Right? Let’s go for, this one.
Or you could even use Google images itself. Right? Google images. What you can do is go search chiropractor And from tools, you could set the usage rights to label for reuse. That way you will find images that you can use for free.
Right? So I’m just gonna I’m like you. If you spend some time, you will see, and find good images. So I’m just gonna use this one right now. To save this image, you will click you can either click on download or right click, save image as, and save that image into your chiropractor folder.
Right? Now I’m I’m, doing all this live through the videos here. That’s why I don’t I’m not gonna spend too much time searching for it because it will be a waste of time. But you have to find a good background. Right.
Because you have to impress the client. So you’ve got to find a good background. Do not settle with average looking backgrounds. These are great sites. You will find a background for your niche anyways.
Okay. So what is the the next one? A video. So let’s see if we can find a video. Now don’t get scared of the video.
Finding video is really, really easy. All you do is just, you know you have a competitor. Right? Just open their. Site and copy their name.
Go to YouTube and search for their name. See if they have a promotional video. They don’t. If they don’t have a promotional video, just search for Nick. Alright.
So all you do is just search for some chiropractic videos, find the promotional video of 1 of the chiropractic clinic. Right? So, we can go with maybe this one or this one. This is a short video. Right?
Or any video basically which showcases a chiropractic clinic. So I’m gonna gonna go for alright. So I had to pause the because I had to find a chiropractic video, thereby a lot. So I found this video. Right?
It’s pretty easy. I just searched for chiropractic clinic, and this showed up. So you could basically use this video. So all you do to use this is just copy the URL of the video. You’ll copy the URL and put it here.
So you can use the the YouTube video for your presentation. Even if you don’t find a YouTube video, don’t worry. We’ll get rid of that video part. It is not mandatory to have a video in there. All right.
What is the next part? That is 2 testimonials with images. As I mentioned before, you will have a competitor’s link here. Right? So you could just go to that and, take their testimonials.
Or you could check their website. If you go to their website, they’re maybe having they may be having, the testimonials in there. Sometimes they will. Sometimes they won’t. This site doesn’t look like they have testimonials, but they should be having.
Right. If they are smart. You could go to Yelp or their Facebook page, see if their Facebook page has some sort of reviews. Right. So we just found 2 reviews, right?
If I click on reviews, I’ll get a more detailed view. So Kelly Cross Barsk. He has left a review here, and there is another person, Jill Gorat. I don’t know how to spell it, but again, a great testimonial. So what I’m gonna do now is I’m going to copy this and put it as testimonial 11.
Is the testimonial, and let’s open the guy’s name. Kelly Cross Parsk. We also have to save his image. Right? We’ll right click, save as and save his image.
So that’s 1. Now if we go back, we have to get the second testimonial. In this case, it’s Jill Goredett. I don’t know the last name. Sorry guys.

4.1 Reviewing Your Funnel

Alright. In this video, I’m gonna show you how you can submit your funnel for review. Right below the video, I have put the exact format you have to use when you send your funnel for review. The subject should be attention Abby and Chris dash funnel review and inside the email body, include your funnel URL and your thank you page URL. I’m gonna show you how to get the funnel URL and thank you page URL.
I’m inside my ClickFunnels account right now. And as you can see, I have built out my funnel. There is 2 pages in every funnel. The first page is the opt in page. 2nd page is the thank you page.
So to get the URL of the opt in page, you have to click on opt in page. So by default, opt in page is selected. Right? Then this is the URL which you should be copying. So you should double click and copy the URL, and before you put it in the email, just do a test at your end.
Just go to new tab, open the funnel, and make sure you see the front page of your funnel. Alright. So once you made sure you see the funnel, you can put that in your email. So I’m gonna use a text document for now. So opt in page, I will put the front page.
Right? Next, we need to take the thank you page URL. For that, we will click on thank you page. Now as you can see, the green selection is on thank you page and the process is same. You can see the thank you page URL here.
You can double click to select it. Copy the thank you page URL. Before you paste it in and send us the URL, just check it in your own browser. So open a new page, paste the URL, and make sure you see your own thank you page. Once you verified that, you can send us that link.
So here is a quick preview of the email which I would be sending, opt in page and thank you page. Send this in the format which is listed right below this video. Alright. Thank you.
4.2 Best Practices In Your Funnel

Alrighty. Welcome to this video. We’re gonna go over the ClickFunnel mock up offer page. So let’s get right into it. Okay.
So the click funnel, and c s stands for click funnel by the way. Mock up offer. What why are we doing this? We’re gonna cover that. We’re gonna cover how to write your offer.
Okay? And then best practices. Okay? So let’s start off with why are you actually doing this. Okay?
Well, you’re gonna be using this mock up in a personalized video that you send out to targeted prospects that you want to work with. K? We’re gonna give you complete guidelines to do that. This is a highly, highly effective way to do it, and so we’re gonna show you how to do that later. But just let you know right now that’s why we’re making this mock up offer.
Okay. You’re gonna modify this offer, eventually according to your client’s needs. So if your client qualifies, and again, you don’t work with every client, they have to agree to certain terms and conditions in order to work with you. For example, that they have somebody dedicated there to receive the text messages of the phone numbers that people are gonna be entering in from your ads because they’re gonna work wonderful. And a lot of those people, even if we give them a good carrot to schedule a call, won’t do it for whatever reason.
You need someone there to pick up that phone and call them, like, in 3 minutes. K? So if they don’t have that, then boom. Or or you’re not gonna work with them. That’s an example.
So, during your client, once you’ve, vetted out your client and it’s somebody you wanna work with, again, I can’t emphasize this a month enough. You will not work with everybody. And, I’ll give you the the guidelines, the scripts, and all that stuff later, but for right now, just start getting that in your mind. K. It does not matter that you’re new or you’ve never done this before.
You’re getting expert coaching here and I’m telling you from experience, you don’t have to make these same mistakes. I’m gonna teach you how to pre qualify a client and you’ll turn more people away than you’ll accept and the people that you accept they’ll be wonderful to work with. Okay. So eventually you’ll talk with your client, you’ve qualified them and then you’re gonna start to massage your offer. You’re gonna educate them a little bit about what it takes to make a good offer and as long as they’re on the same page with that and we can come they can come up with a good offer like what’s their best offer.
Okay. So you’re gonna end up doing that with them. Okay. But for right now, you’re not making the final offer, you’re just making a offer. Okay.
And that’s what that research was for. And the other thing too is just by now you should become fairly familiar with ClickFunnels and your way around it. You should also, based on the previous exercise, have a good feel for the market space, like maybe you’re finding out that you were maybe looking at one niche, and then you discovered within that niche, they have other services that they offer. So then it may take you down another road like, well, okay. Well, maybe we’ll start with this one ad offer, but later on, we’ll have different ads and different offers that you can you can promote.
You can also, use some of their other offers, as a reason or an incentive to schedule a call now, stuff like this. Okay? So really important. That’s why you’re doing it. Just wanted to explain that.
So let’s continue on here. So how to write your funnel offer. Here’s the good news. You do not need to be a copywriter so don’t worry about it. Okay.
These are the key points and we’re gonna go over some examples and we’re also going to look at some real life examples and ways that we could improve those, and that’s also for me to help reinforce that what you’re learning is superior to what’s going on out there in the marketplace. And I think you’ve probably got a first realization of that by doing your homework in order to look at your niche and research your offer and look at other Facebook offers. Right? There’s a lot of junk out there. I mean, a lot.
And isn’t it shocking how many people do not do Facebook ads? K. So understand the skill set you’re learning here. And I know in the beginning and it’s all unknown, you’re like, well, will this work? Will it won’t?
That’s all natural but believe in this process because it works. Okay. So don’t need to be a copywriter. It’s just gotta be simple. I’m gonna show you simple.
Okay? The least amount of words to explain what they’re getting, the better. Okay? Simple, least amount of words. Okay?
If you can shorten it down, eliminate some words to make it more condensed, the better. Okay. The fewer steps in order to get that offer the better. Okay. So if you don’t have to, you know, if you don’t have to enter in their first name, then their last name, then their phone number, then their zip code.
That’s too many steps. Okay. They just want the offer. Okay. You always have to add a sense of urgency.
Don’t ever overlook this. The more urgency the better. I’ve seen it in every area online possible from e com to b to b, these kind of offers, to every type of offer out there. When there is a sense of urgency, sales go up like a lot, not a tiny bit, but dramatically. So you have to have urgency.
Do not ever overlook that. Okay. So look, I wanna bring out an important point right now and that is that all of the selling is done on the Facebook ad, which we haven’t gotten to yet. Right now we’re just doing the funnel. Okay?
So all of the selling’s done there. That person is only that prospect only clicks on the link to connect to your funnel after they’ve been sold. They’ve pretty much made the decision. I’m in. I wanna get this amazing deal.
It’s to that particular person, it’s a pretty irresistible amazing offer. So we don’t need to do any more selling or convincing. Okay? They’re already sold. We’re just trying to give them what they wanted as quickly and as easily and pain free as possible, and give them even more of what they already wanted to incentivize them to schedule now.
Okay? It’s really that simple. Simple, least amount of words, few steps as possible to get an offer and urgency. Okay. So best funnel practices.
Some of the things I just said there were best funnel practices, but here’s some other things on here. Collect only the email and the phone number. Okay. It’s proven that on various different funnels in different type of niches, the least amount of information someone has to enter in, the higher the opt in rate. Okay.
So, e mail and phone number. I know in our examples we have name, e mail, and phone number. We’re gonna show you we’ve showed you in the training on how to eliminate that. Okay. So email and phone number.
That’s it. I know that we’ve put videos in there, but I’m gonna have no videos. The least amount of freaking distractions is humanly possible. And the good news for you, it’s easier to do that way. Okay?
So, the testimonials, I do not view as a distraction. And the reason is is even when something is a really good deal, there’s always, it’s natural in the consumer’s mind, a little hint of buyers’ remorse even when it’s a great deal. There’s just a little bit of that little emptiness. It’s like, woah. Wait a minute.
Do I wanna let go of something? Do I wanna let go of my money and my time and my effort? Am I gonna get ripped off? Am I gonna get stolen? Is this really such a good deal?
Maybe it’s not. All of these things come in, and they don’t maybe come to mind in those exact words, but it comes up as a feeling, and that’s called buyer’s remorse. The best way in this situation when it’s an irresistible offer is that on that next page, you just show a couple of testimonials and they’re easy to find. They’re easy to for your client. You know, if your clients don’t have any testimonials on either on Google, Facebook, or Yelp, or one of those 3, then you don’t wanna work with them.
K. That’s just the bottom line. You gotta have them. You need them there. Okay?
We we talked about this before, but man, you you have to have urgency always. For example, if they if they go in and they see on the Facebook page that, hey, you know, there’s only 14 spots or there are only 21 spots available for such and such an area of this coupon and then they click on to the next page and it says 9 spots available. Okay, claim your spot now, click here, that’s a sense of urgency. It’s like woah these are going and then when they fill out the form and they go to the next page and it says now 8 spots available and you got my spot taken care of, good. And then the last page has a 5 minute timer with an offer to schedule now, it’s all urgency urgency urgency.
Okay? You understand? Can’t overlook this stuff. Okay. So let’s take a look at the chiropractor example that we showed you when we’re doing this and then we’ll also take a look at some real life examples for a couple of reasons.
One, how we can improve it for our existing practice. And in doing that I also it’s good for practice, but it’s also I think it helps you reinforce that what you’re learning right here is it it’s simple, but it is it is superior and no one else is doing it. Okay? I found someone who’s pretty close but I think you’ll see that we can improve that too. So let’s go ahead and dive in and look at some of the examples.
Okay. So you probably recognize this one right away. So this is having all of those elements that I talked about so far. So we have, like, maybe the ad says 21 spots or 25 vouchers given away for such and such an area and then they click on here and it’s gonna always be less than that. Okay?
We wanna use the least amount of words possible. If you can get the message across of something that they’re already sold on in the least amount of words possible, the better. Here, there’s a couple of things we could do to make this pop out more. These are just minor things but they but when it’s on a mass scale, it can make a huge difference. Would be bolding and and making this a dark red 67%, and then I would do this I would do this like slanted and then I would probably do that in red as well.
It’s important here, that that they pay at the office. People do not like to do this kind of stuff online with these offers. You’re gonna get a much much lower, closing rate if you have to pay online. Okay? So yes, claim my spot.
18 spots remaining. Matches up. It’s emphasizing just a little bit, like, hey, you know, because maybe on the ad, they maybe saw 25 spots available. No online payment requires it. Like, okay, this is safe to go forward.
Right? No. Okay. Good. This is safe to do this.
Now, remove this video. We don’t need that on here. This helps just a little bit, a little buyer’s remorse. Okay? A little buyer’s remorse there.
That’s it. Something that a more advanced thing we can look at later after you’ve got your client because this is this is gonna work. Okay? Take this away. Here is, an advanced one and I’ll just, just preview it right now.
Don’t don’t get fancy into it now. You’re not ready for it. Once you have this ad working, then you do a split test with it to see if you can improve the numbers. The numbers are already profitable, okay, to make them even more profitable is you you add a few more testimonials here. It’s called a testimonial sandwich.
Yeah, like 4 or 5. So if the people keep scrolling down, by the time they scroll to the bottom, they just see this again. So it’s a sandwich. This is like the top piece of the bread, then you have the same thing down below. Top piece of bread, bottom piece of bread.
Alrighty, so, and you’ll see other people who make this mistake is that right here they’ll say, yes, claim my discount or my voucher, and then here they’ll have the email and phone number and maybe a name to fill out. That’s too much. After, you know, 100 and thousands of split tests, for myself and many, many other marketers out there on many different niches. It’s called the micro commitment. So this is like this this click here is like, yes, you want this, not, yes, claim this, but only press this button after you fill out first your name.
It it that you you’ll get more people bouncing and leaving. So you click on here, and we’re going to eliminate the name. Okay. Just these 2. That’s it.
Just where can we send your voucher letting them just let them know this is you know, this information is secure on here. We’re not gonna do anything bad here to you. So yes, send my voucher. Again, they’re going to receive this voucher, and it’s an actual voucher in their email and on their phone. And on their phone and their email, that’s gonna bring them back here.
The link’s gonna bring them back here. So if we don’t catch them now, hopefully, we’ll catch them there when they check that. If they don’t check that, then within 3 to 4 minutes, guess what happens? Ideally, the chiropractic clinic has got somebody on the phone that’s gonna call them up. Okay.
So here, very short, but length is just straight into the point. Okay. Get a free massage when you schedule an appointment now. Okay. It’s like now.
It’s a $105 massage free. Do it now. Schedule before the timer expires and collects your $67 about 67% voucher and free massage. Boom. It’s a great great incentive.
Our experience has been or you can expect at least the the amount of people who get to this page at least 7 out of 10 when this is done properly should schedule the call or depending on your client’s needs, they will tap to call or they will call. Okay. 7 out of 10. If it’s done, if it’s a good enough offer, it’ll do that. And then and then the the 30% they’re gonna need to call.
If you don’t have a good offer here, this number goes down significantly. Like as it it it actually turns the table. It’s almost 30% will schedule and 70% will not. And now you’ve gotta chase them down. Right?
You gotta call them up. Now, what’s going to cost more to the business owner? Is it gonna cost more to give a good offer upfront to get that client to schedule automatically? Right? Or if they go cheap on here and then that’s not the kind of client you want, they need to be thinking bigger.
If they go cheap on here, then what happens is they have to end up chasing the people down, which that costs more. K. And it’s less effective. K. So I hope that kinda drives that point home.
Alrighty. So now let’s take a look at some examples and ways that we could improve them now that we have some best practices and we understand that we don’t need to be a copywriter. We just need to explain things in the simplest way possible and using as few words as possible. Okay? So let’s take a look at some examples.
Okay. So here’s one. This is a very interesting one that a lot of spas are offering. If you do some research on this you’ll find out it’s fairly popular but please do your own research. So it’s a very simple basic video.
I have the volume up, there’s not even any sound on this. Okay? That’s it. Okay. You there’s we’re gonna teach you how to do simple videos, and that’s all that you need.
They get so much more in engagement. It’s crazy. I’ll prove it with this video. So let’s first just take a look at this offer just because it’s it’s a similar things here. We want some kind of sense of urgency on here.
Getting rid of unwanted fat is easy. Okay. Enjoy 25% off cool sculpting and get a 100% approved financing. There’s not a sense of urgency there, but it sure is enticing. Okay.
They they do have an offer. Could be irresistible and they are showing, I think is a trouble spot or a a spot, like, that some women are very conscious of is, like, you know, the fat, behind their arm. K? So I think they pretty do pretty do do a good job of this. Now before we go on to the next page, I want I just wanna show you something that’s gonna shock you.
Whoops. Okay. So on this video here, check it out, 4,000,000 views. 4,000,000 views. Now granted, it had 61 shares.
So but so they didn’t they didn’t pay for all those views. But that’s a lot of views for that little silly video. K? But they paid for the majority of those. In other words, this ad, which we can improve on so much more, is doing very well.
Otherwise, I wouldn’t continue to do it. Okay. So let’s say we watched it. We click on. We’re interested.
Obviously, 4,000,000 people viewed it. A lot of people clicked on it, and this is the page that we’re brought to. The only thing I can say about this page that’s good is that it doesn’t bring them to the website. This would be a landing page. There’s no other distractions.
The problem is on here is that there are too much information on here, way too much information. First name, last name, email, ZIP code, telephone number, text me special offers, yes or no. I mean, who’s gonna who I don’t know. Anyone’s gonna check that off. Comment, all of this tiny stuff.
And by the way, I don’t know how they got away with it, but you can’t use before and after photos for Facebook ads. K. Even even after this this would be and and you don’t need to on here. What would you do? You would do something very very simple.
I don’t need this logo up here. I don’t need this phone number anywhere. I don’t even need this smiling face. Okay? I’m already sold on this.
I just need to know in my face and understand that 70% plus people are looking at this on their phone. Okay. So I just need to know in simple terms and I need some sense of urgency. There’s no sense of urgency here, is there? And it’s not simple.
There’s too many steps to hear. Down here would be a nice idea to put testimonials for that hint of buyer’s remorse. K? That’s it. You know, you click on here.
There’s no there’s nothing left. Okay. So let’s take a look at another offer. Okay. So this is the same product, CoolSculpting, that is by another client or another facility offering them.
And here, they’re also targeting an area that I think they’re targeting women, who are conscious of that fat around their arms. Gotta have urgency. Let’s go ahead and check this out. The thing is it did get 20 shares on here, 331 likes and some comments. So it’s looking pretty good. Let’s go ahead and learn more.
Where does it go? Okay. So sometimes these are okay, but these are not the ones I would start with, for reasons that we don’t get, it just doesn’t carry any of the other elements on here. I mean, there’s a lot you could do with this text on here if you’re gonna do this, but right now, we’re not teaching this method. K?
This is something you can experiment later, and we’ll teach you how. But, when we do it, we do it quite differently than the way these people do it. But right away, we’re missing elements. Right? We’re missing any, at least there’s not any distractions.
And the good thing about this is that there’s very few distractions. You’re still on Facebook. You’re not, you know, there’s not other distractions. So please enter your contact phone number. That’s the first thing.
And the nice thing about this is it reduces the steps. There are some positives to this, and then you’re gonna enter in you know, that those other steps should be entered in there if they’re correct. It is some really bad I mean, they they should they should just the person’s already sold, so they need to reiterate here what they’re getting in the least amount of words possible and add some more urgency to it. Right? They did something really bad here.

Look at all the distractions. All these distractions on here. Like, where’s my what happened to my 20%? And this is a no no. You cannot be doing this with Facebook.
Okay? Alright. So it’s just bad. It’s it’s bad. Okay.
So let’s take a look at another op. Alright. So I changed niches on you guys. This is another really good niche, by the way. And there’s, you know, probably 30,000 of these type in in the US.
So plenty for everybody. This is like mar some types of martial arts for and usually, the studios have, like, they they service kind of 3 clients. Usually kids was a big one, and then, adults who wanna get in shape and then females for self defense slash exercise. That’s usually how they go. The thing that they did really good here, and and they have a very tight area that they can service in, because these are things that it’s it’s like a gym.
It’s people are not gonna drive that far, k, to drive their kids here or to go here 3 or 4 times a week. So it’s very tight. So 5,200 views is actually quite a bit, which tells me this ad works. It’s got 15 comments, 7 shares, and and and and 19 likes. So this is this is a decent ad.
Video always outperforms. That’s why we do that. So let’s just take a look at this video ad. If I nope. Sorry.
Let me see it. Not. Well, what happens here? It’s not here. Let me replay it.
Watch it again. Okay. So right away, this is a very easy type of video to make. We’ll teach you how to do that. Usually, particularly a place like this is gonna have some clips of videos around and we’re just taking stills, pictures from their site.
This is very very very very easy to make. We’ll teach you how to make it. Don’t have to do anything special. So but they just far far outperform, any images that you can put on that. Images don’t perform as well.
It’s just that’s just a fact. Okay. So I click on this I click on the ad to learn more, but right away, there’s no it’s just learn about the benefits. There’s no urgency here. Right?
So and then, of course, you know, they’re trying. But look. They’re they’re business owners, and they’re out here running their business and they have to do Facebook ads. So it’s just a lot for them to learn. You can’t expect oh, look at that little girl.
It’s crazy. So request information. There’s no special going on. First name and last, email, phone number, select a program, select a a location, which is good for you because look at that. We got 1, 2, 3, 4.
They have 4 offices, nearby, probably all in the same kind of area. I don’t know Florida that much, but I assume it’s, like, kind of all in the same kinda similar area. So, you know, if you got a client like this, you’re doing good for 1. You’re just gonna do the exact same ad and offer for the other 4, and you’re gonna make 4 times as much. Okay?
So, and you never, of course, you never bring them to the site. There’s too many there’s too much going on here. It’s like, where’s the urgency, and what’s the what’s the yada yada? It’s too difficult. Right?
Alrighty. Maybe we have time for one more. I think it’s really good education to look at these, not only so you can look at them and start seeing immediately what you would do to correct it to fit into our working model, but to also give you the confidence. Like, hey. I’m I may have never done this before for a client, but I’m starting to be con you’re starting to convince yourself that you can greatly improve these, and and you will.
K? Let’s take a look one more. K. So here’s one. As far as an image ad goes, the this is not bad.
But we’re not gonna have you do images. We want you to start out with a gun just crushing it. K? And we do that with videos. We’ll teach you how to do that.

I don’t need any of this stuff. I’m not ready for it. K. Not ready for it. They’re kinda there because they did do something kinda cool, but it’s hard to see with all these distractions.

Man, they got they got all the stuff going on here. But, man, if they just packaged it right and put it on this, they would just explode. And they got 4 of these things. Right? And if you got this working, right, and how many more of these are in the United States?
What what what was the general rule I told you? There’s at least 30,000 of these. K? So it’s they’re so close. These poor guy I mean, these poor guys are probably doing pretty good.
But, man, they could reduce that down so low and I bet they’re not doing any retargeting and all kinds of other stuff. Anyways, this is pretty decent. I have all the ones that I’ve shown you since the beginning. This one’s pretty good. There’s actually one more I wanted to show you.
So hang on a second for me. Here it is. This was for a Botox one. I just wanted to show you. They are using click funnels on here, by the way.
So when you look at this on here, first of all, this this print is pretty small. Now most people will do this on their phone so they won’t see the side part. They will only see this part here. There’s no reason to put this in here right now. K?
You can send that via it’s it’s a distraction. You can send that via a text message, email, a confirmation, all this kind of stuff. Okay? Doesn’t need to be put there. 15, there’s no sense of urgency.
These guys are close. There’s no sense of urgency on here. The button’s horrible. They’re using click files. You can get way better buttons than this.

So there’s some ads that people are spending a lot of money on, and they wouldn’t spend that much money, if they weren’t working. They weren’t eventually profitable. But when you add the techniques that we’re teaching you here in the funnel, you’re gonna rock it.
I’m telling you, you’re just gonna do it. And you don’t need to be a copywriter. You just write simple, easy to understand text. They’re already sold from the ad which we’ll cover later. Okay.
So in the next video, what I’m gonna cover is how to submit your click funnels for your offer to myself so that I can personally review it. And hopefully after this video, you’re gonna feel very confident and you’re gonna do everything that I said here and I’m gonna look at it and just go, great job, on to the next assignment. Okay?
