Once the onboarding form is submitted, we’ll schedule an onboarding call with you. During this call, we’ll review your answers, address any questions you may have, walk you through our campaign setup process, and clearly explain next steps and what to expect moving forward.

What happens on the Onboarding Call?
During the onboarding call, we’ll review your onboarding form in detail and walk you through the campaign we’ll be running for your business. We’ll answer any questions you have and make sure everything is aligned before moving forward.
Once the call is complete, our team gets to work. Using the information you’ve provided, we build out the entire system—this includes creating the ad creatives and sales copy, setting up your business pages, campaign structure, targeting, daily ad budget allocation, location specifics, and all required automations.
We also ensure that everything is properly connected so leads are delivered to the correct email addresses and phone numbers.
This onboarding call is the final step before launch. After it’s complete, we finalize everything and prepare your campaigns to go live and start generating exclusive qualified leads for your business.
How quickly do you launch my campaign after the onboarding call?
Once the onboarding call is complete and we have everything we need, campaigns typically go live within 2–3 business days.
As soon as your campaigns are live, we’ll notify you so you know when to expect qualified leads coming in.

In most cases, you can expect to start seeing leads within the first few days of your campaign going live. Typically, leads begin coming in within 3–7 days.
The first 1–2 weeks allow the ad platform to optimize performance, after which lead quality and consistency usually improve. We continuously monitor and optimize during this period to ensure the campaign is moving in the right direction.
What happens if you are working with someone else in my area?
Please make sure the property is clean and ready. This helps us produce better scans and images, which helps sell or rent the property faster.

How do I avail your guarantee if you are unable to deliver?
We charge a small monthly fee because hosting 3D scans and websites online comes with ongoing costs. This covers the hosting of your 3D Property Scan (Matterport), and website hosting, ensuring your property stays live, secure, and accessible at all times.
Explain the difference between your service fee and the Facebook ads budget?
